Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with support teams for complex escalations
- Meet quality and productivity metrics (AHT, CSAT)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with patience
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago office
- Must pass background check and drug screen
