Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% accuracy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions in Salesforce while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed 30+ calls/day and 90% customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and soft skills training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and VoIP systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must reside in FL or GA with reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
