Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale neural networks capable of handling real-time inference at scale.
- Define the technical vision for AI integration across our product suite, ensuring 2026-ready scalability.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to push the boundaries of NLP and computer vision.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and increasing throughput for global markets.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong background in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
