Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Deep Learning frameworks tailored for the 2026 Initiative specifications.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team focused on model optimization and latency reduction.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including data scientists, security experts, and hardware engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural evaluations to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical migrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
