In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our roadmap is aligned with the rapid evolution of technology leading up to and beyond 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement core infrastructure for next-generation AI models, ensuring scalability and resilience for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to drive product innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and technical rigor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI bias, transparency, and safety to ensure responsible deployment of our technologies.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of the industry, evaluating new frameworks and tools to optimize model performance and reduce inference costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark) is highly desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading complex technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
