Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a diverse team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee system design, architecture patterns, and code quality standards to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to drive professional growth within the team.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into our architecture where applicable.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-traffic projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is a strong plus.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
