Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-generational foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in identifying disruptive convergence points across biotech, AI, and quantum systems
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives and government partners
- Curate and analyze global trend data from 200+ proprietary sensors and AI models
- Design immersive foresight simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Represent the company at Davos and top-tier innovation forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Transdisciplinary Sciences
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology ethics journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives with measurable impact
- Clearance for international security-level project collaboration
