Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
