Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high service standards.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and common issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
