- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60 seconds
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using knowledge base
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Meet monthly CSAT and resolution time targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be Denver metro resident
- Reliable internet connection
- Available for evening/weekend shifts
