Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for diverse client portfolios across multiple industries

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in multitasking across 3-5 concurrent chat windows
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent written communication with neutral accent
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
