- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating
- Document interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for escalations
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable internet connection (10+ Mbps)
- Experience with Zendesk or Freshchat preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
