Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain detailed call logs and documentation
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and CSAT
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Local Atlanta residency required
