Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Load, unload, and stage freight in accordance with safety protocols and delivery schedules.
- Manage Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts and ensure stock levels are maintained accurately within the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Adhere to 5S standards to ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with Team Leads: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow continuity.
- Perform Quality Control Checks: Inspect products for damage and verify orders against shipping documents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and Night Shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
