Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment as required by the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the night team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols (OSHA standards).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to work rotating Night Shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
