Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns
- Maintain detailed call documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product and soft skills training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible night schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to Gateway Blvd location
