Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve complex inquiries efficiently using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Collaborate with technical support teams for escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background check and drug screen required
