Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and technical support requests
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
