Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy

- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
