Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for high-value clients with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using our proprietary CRM system
- Exceed performance metrics: 25+ calls/hour, 90%+ CSAT
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with overnight tech support for seamless issue escalation
- Maintain compliance with PCI-DSS and HIPAA protocols
- Participate in monthly upskilling sessions for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years call center experience with night shift preference
- 90+ WPM typing speed and advanced CRM proficiency
- Fluency in English + bilingual Spanish preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Proven ability to maintain composure under high-pressure scenarios
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends included
- Background check and drug screen clearance
