Responsibilities

- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 98% attendance and punctuality standards
- Participate in quarterly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 6+ months call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Reliable transportation for late-night commute
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly desirable)
