Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and share best practices
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution times, and CSAT scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations
