Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining PCI compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize call routing and resource allocation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and feedback sessions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and proprietary information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral or clear accent
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
