Your Role
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need efficiently and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and process transactions accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, policies, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify process improvements and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high energy levels during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
