Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA/FERPA standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and multitasking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
