Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism for healthcare clients
- Resolve patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless patient care continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and call volume targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication skills with multi-cultural sensitivity
- Problem-solving aptitude with calm demeanor under pressure
- Background check and drug screen required
