- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Monitor chat queue during peak hours (8 PM - 4 AM PST)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years customer service experience
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written communication with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat conversations simultaneously
- Must reside in San Jose or willing to relocate
- Flexible availability for rotating weekends
