Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
