Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Use CRM software to document interactions and update customer account information accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Identify and escalate trends or systemic issues to management for process improvement.

Qualifications
