Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chat channels, ensuring a friendly and professional tone at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices to provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in chat support, technical support, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
