Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical issues, and account management
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation proficiency
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
