Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases

- Maintain 95%+ quality scores through call monitoring and self-assessments

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional typing skills (60+ WPM) with multitasking abilities
- Available for consistent night shift schedule including weekends
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
