Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting performance metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and address escalations
- Adhere to compliance protocols and company policies during all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support cross-functional teams during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
