Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 7 AM, including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
