Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive team dynamics during peak night shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
