Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries through multi-channel support (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive data
- Participate in continuous training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Typing speed: 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zoho experience)
- Positive attitude under pressure
