Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and promote premium services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and policy updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Background check and drug screen required
