- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
