Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately within our CRM systems.
- Adhere to established call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards specific to night operations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or technical support teams when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer-centric attitude.
