Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service concerns efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in ongoing training for new products/processes
- Support escalated cases requiring specialized troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Must pass background check and drug screening
