Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and billing concerns for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with tier-2 support teams for complex technical escalations
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work 40-hour shifts (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Sun-Thu)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
