Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and first-call resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless service continuity
- Participate in quarterly training for product updates and soft skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with rotating weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Reliable transportation for downtown Seattle location
