Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments with precision.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately to track inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification is preferred but training is available.
