Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform minor maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts and night shifts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
