Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming technical support tickets with a 24-hour turnaround guarantee.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security audits on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote and on-site employees.
- Document all technical resolutions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to transfer complex issues and ensure seamless handovers.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
