Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and email to internal employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently during shift hours.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical tickets and incidents in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless IT operations during the weekend.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with potential overtime.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
