Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Manage and respond to IT helpdesk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with system backups and perform routine maintenance checks on weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex issues and document solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when assisting a diverse range of clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network connectivity, printers, and peripherals.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
