Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet daily performance metrics for call volume and resolution rates
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (valid work permit required if under 18)
