Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and propose product improvements.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or chat-based support is a plus.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient with computers, web browsers, and typing (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
