Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product or service complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is required (minimum 1 year).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working remotely or in a local Sacramento office.
